OPD consultation with Psychiatrist required for admission
Patient's complete case history recorded at hospital.
Submit all previous treatment records for reference.
Patient & relative photo ID required.
Deposit ₹30,000 minimum advance payment.
Attendants must stay in the patient's private room for a minimum of 3 days.
