Ms. Siddhi Srivastava is a Clinical Psychologist with over two years of clinical experience in the assessment and psychological management of individuals across both outpatient (OPD) and inpatient (IPD) settings. She completed her M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology from the Post Graduate Institute of Behavioural and Medical Sciences, Raipur. Her clinical experience includes working with individuals across different age groups presenting with a wide range of psychiatric, emotional, behavioural, and psychological concerns. Her areas of expertise include psychological assessment, diagnostic formulation, individual and group psychotherapy, psychoeducation, and crisis intervention. She follows an eclectic and evidence-informed therapeutic approach, integrating principles and techniques from Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, humanistic approaches, and family systems therapy according to the individual needs of each patient. Ms. Srivastava believes in providing psychological care that is compassionate, collaborative, and individualised. Her therapeutic approach focuses not only on symptom management but also on improving coping abilities, emotional well-being, interpersonal functioning, and overall quality of life.
