G-21 Minimum Advance deposit at the time of admission
INR 30,000/- (for Accommodations upto Executive Rooms), INR 40,000/- for Accommodation Premium Room, INR 50,000/- for Presidential Suite.
G-22 SPECIAL NURSING CARE CHARGES
In case the patient requires special nursing care it would be charges @INR 500/- per 8 hours. The charges for the type of mattress used/day + the cost of sterilized dressings shall be charges extra as per actuals.
G-23 DRESSING CHARGES
a. Dressing (small) INR 150/-
b. Dressing (medium) INR 300/-
c. Dressing (Large) INR 600/-
G-24 AMBULANCE CHARGES
1. Ambulance Charges – Local (upto 20 Kms from Hospital) – INR 2,500/- Local (More than 20 Kms upto 50 Kms from Hospital) – INR 4,000/-
2. Ambulance Charges – Outstation (A+B)
A. Team Charges – INR 4,000/- upto 300 kms then plus INR 2,000/- for each next 300 kms
B. Ambulance Charges – INR 20/- per km
G-25 PHARMACY BILLING, INVESTIGATIONS (PSYCHOLOGICAL, PATHOLOGICAL, RADIOLOGICAL ETC.) – As per actual bills.
Note
1. Mode of Payments
a. We accept Cash, Card, Demand Draft, UPI and E-Wallets Paytm.
b. Demand Draft in favor of NIRVAN HOSPITAL PRIVATE LIMITED.
2. Full day charges will be applicable on admissions before 06.00 PM.
3. On admissions after 06.00 PM and before 08.00 AM, 50% of the Accommodation / Bed charge and nursing charge will be applicable.
4. If the discharge application is received before 10.00 AM, Accommodation / Bed charge and nursing charge of Discharge Date will not be applicable.
5. If the discharge is between 10.00 AM to 06.00 PM, 50% of the Accommodation / Bed charge and nursing charge will be applicable for the discharge date.
6. All advances paid will be adjustable with Final bill. Patient’s attendant will be required to bring his advance deposit receipt with him/her at the time of discharge.
7. All refunds shall be paid by bank account transfer, and the process may take 2-7 days.
