Ms. Suhani Salim is a Counselling Psychologist committed to helping individuals understand and navigate emotional and psychological challenges while strengthening their sense of personal agency and well-being. Her clinical practice is primarily informed by Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She has a special interest in Biofeedback, particularly its application in helping individuals understand and regulate physiological responses associated with stress and emotional distress. Ms. Salim has clinical exposure to individuals presenting with a range of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety disorders, substance use disorders, personality-related difficulties, and schizophrenia and other psychiatric conditions. Her work focuses on helping individuals develop greater self-awareness, healthier coping strategies, emotional regulation, and psychological resilience.
